SPRINGVILLE, IN., September 12, 2024– The spring nesting season is gone, the Ospreys have gone on to their summer locations, leaving behind huge nests on utility poles, and other important structures. Summer and early fall is the best time to remove these nests and install your deterrents so that the birds will not come back and nest at the same spot, causing fires, construction delays and other inconveniences.
While the weather is still decent, you have time to plan for the next nesting season. Below is a schedule of the migration of the Ospreys in North America.
